About Global Health Alliance WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Global Health Alliance Western Australia (GHAWA) is an organisation which aims to collaboratively support underprivileged countries through the provision of nursing and midwifery education, training and clinical resources.  GHAWA is a collaborative of the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery from all Western Australian universities and the Nursing and Midwifery Office of the Western Australian Department of Health. 

GHAWA has recently expanded to include education institutions in Tanzania.

GHAWA is passionate about supporting and improving the welfare of women and children through assisting their primary and community healthcare organisations to build on their current capacity.
